Research has found a direct correlation between regular physical exercise and increased sexual potency, for both men and women. Regular cardiovascular exercise, deep stretching and any exercise that increase blood flow to the buttocks, pelvis and groin area will increase circulation to the genitals, increase sexual arousal and increase orgasmic function. Yoga, power walking, jogging, cycling and squatting are a few examples of effective exercises that will aid in improving your sexual potency.

To increase stamina and endorphin production, cardiovascular workouts should be done three to five days a week for at least 20 minutes at a time. Any vigorous exercise/sport that increases your heart rate and body temperature, as well as gets your blood pumping will give you that extra boost of energy you need when it really counts.

Strength training will ensure the correct muscles fire. Lifting lighter weights for several repetitions will decrease the occurrences of muscle cramps and improve your self-confidence.

Yoga (integrating the mind, body and spirit) and other forms of flexibility training will make you more limber and increases blood flow and circulation throughout the body.
